Introduction:

In this age of social media, youth of today are facing many obstacles and challenge in their life, even though they are engaged in changing the world. They are facing challenges of the extreme. Academic failures are also consequences those who are more dependent on social media. Let’s look at the main issues, faced by young people of today.

Education And Unemployment

The most difficult challenge is unemployment. Especially, for women to go for work is very problematic. Comparatively, city girls are allowed to go any place without any restrictions than the village girls. For a long time, Education has remained as unreachable and inaccessible as far as women are concerned. But now it has turned upside down. Now many girls get education in spite of their poverty and many pressures from outside. Sometimes, the educational pressure and burden lead them to take wrong decisions like suicide. The youth of today are questioning their lives because of lack of understanding on education and not getting a job. Because schools and colleges conduct classes only for exams and not for life. Students have no idea about what they are studying. It’s always challenging for youth to deal with difficult people, adjust to change, and to keep people engaged. If not controlled, the presence of a sizable number of youngsters in the Indian population could have a detrimental effect on the country’s economic development. Unemployed youth frequently feel excluded, which can result in worry, lack of hope for the future and social marginalization. In today’s society, unrestricted markets and globalization lead to job losses and the outsourcing of work to less expensive nations. This makes it more challenging for young people to get employment and adds to their already difficult circumstances. Young adults are currently experiencing the greatest difficulty, according to nearly half (48%) of college graduates. The nation’s recent economic troubles have left young adults with a very strong sense that they have suffered more than other age groups. Young adults, according to 55% of those between the ages of 18 and 24, are struggling the most in the current economy. Poverty, health habits, gender inequalities, education, jobs, social duties, and good citizenship are the most important issues for young people’s growth.

Depression

Youngsters get stressed out very quickly due to work pressure, difficulty with memory, concentration, decision-making, and reasoning. It causes Suicidal ideas, regular attempts at suicide, frequent thoughts of death. Undiagnosed physical issues such as headaches or back pain. The chance of experiencing depression may increase if our health is compromised. Numerous health issues can be very challenging to manage and significantly influence one’s mood. Young people who spend too much time on electronic devices may avoid engaging in peer-to-peer activities like sports, which can help prevent depression. The future of our children depends on their education. Dropout rates from high school and college are high because of less performance and lack of direction. Youth are additionally forced to face unemployment which lead them to depression. When stress levels rise, people allow themselves to make poor choices, which leads to emotional outbursts. They thus pass away without having a firm handle on life.

Home Environment

The environment at home has an impact on the lives of some young people. The home environment is another factor in people’s erroneous turns in life. When the children experience pressure from parents, the home atmosphere becomes poisonous for them. Things get worse when the parents mock the idea of their teens choosing a career in the performing or visual arts. Another factor is comparison, which contributes to the toxic environment at the home. Youth who are constantly suppressed, have low self-confidence. According to the number of research, a significant portion of academic and behavioral results of youth lies in the quality of the home learning environment.

Obesity

Adolescent obesity is a major issue today due to insufficient exercise and excessive Watching of television. Over the past 30 years, obesity has become more common in our society. Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer are a few of the ailments that are more common in people who are obese. One of the main reasons of obesity is fast food, which the Young people like most. As a result, they are exposed to various illnesses. Over-eating and insufficient exercise are the two main contributors to obesity. If you consume a lot of calories, especially fat and sugar, without doing physical activity or exercise, the body will store a large portion of the excess calories as fat. Not everyone’s metabolism and hormonal response is the same.

Climate Change

Over the past few decades, climate change has become a global issue. These climatic changes have a variety of effects on young people’s lives. The ecosystem and ecology are being affected in different ways by these climate changes. Young people therefore struggle to get employment and to lead a peaceful life. Changing weather affects our health. Good performance is achieved when the people are healthy. The developing world experiences severe climatic effects in this century. Many indigenous people migrate from their place, because they are highly affected by the global warming. Many of the poor depend heavily on ecologic services and natural resources for their food, clothing and shelter. Numerous young people’s quality of life has been destroyed by natural disasters. Their employment situation is their first issue. Many people who have more financial means and political support try to cover-up issues rather than working to lessen the negative effects of climate change. For instance, Corona has claimed the lives of numerous young individuals. Their lives have been completely ruined by this effect. They are still having trouble getting over it.

Conclusion

The youth are crucial because they are the foundation of our future. They are the part our society. They are leaders of tomorrow. The young people are really excited and energized to pick up new skills and adjust to their surroundings. They are ready to learn from experience and apply it to further engagements. Our youth have the power to enhance society and bring about social change. We can all agree that young people nowadays are dealing with many issues. In order to succeed, we must provide them with equal opportunity in every sector. To succeed, they must be provided with all the resources and inspirations to accept and face the challenge. It is wishful thinking to expect self-control, self-discipline and restraint to stand up under such intense pressure, hence it is crucial that the country alter default circumstances. They can have a good impact on society and solve issues by putting up original, powerful ideas that will only advance the welfare of the nation.
